	Note by the artist: I don't know whether it is because I am an artist; I feel it very much since the market disappeared from Mandalay. Earlier, it was a very famous market, but now it's no more. I think to myself 'There is an end to everything'. I don't know why this thought keeps coming back to my mind over and over again. Oh! Now I know, although in its place new buildings are going up, it is the beauty of the original buildings and scenery that effected my mind with obsession. Just see how hard it is for an artist to drive out or forget his most craved artistic beauties.
