Jintana Piamsiri was born in 1966 in Nakorn Phanom and graduated from Silapakorn University's Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts in 1995. She mostly paints motives from Thai village life, and has also illustrated books. Jintana has participated in several group exhibitions in Thailand throughout the last decade. She has also participated in group-exhibitions in Brunei (1991), Indonesia (1991), Malaysia (1991), Philippines (1991), Singapore (1991, 2001), Denmark (1995) and Japan (1996).
