Nguyen Xuan Tiep

Nguyen Xuan Tiep was born in Hanoi in 1956 and is a graduate from the Fine Arts University in the same city.  He works as an official at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum as well as being an artist.  Tiep has also curated several exhibitions inside Vietnam and abroad.  His foreign exhibitions include shows in Hong Kong (1993, 1994, 1995, 1997), Australia (1993), Indonesia (1995), Japan (1995, 1996, 1999), Singapore (1995, 1996), Thailand (1997, 1998), USA (1997), China (1997, 1999), Netherlands (1997), Italy (1998), Malaysia (1999), and Taiwan (1999).  His works are represented in the collections of Singapore Art Museum, Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and the National Art Gallery of Malaysia.
